Lexi

"I will!" yelled Lexi, never one to back down from a challenge. She had always been the outgoing one of the group. She and Kyle had always tried to one up each other throughout the years, the unspoken rivals of the friend group.

Remembering Kyle had finished her beer she rolled her eyes and reached for a replacement. _ Variety Pack read the outside of the packaging. "Barely legal bimbo beer" Lexi read out loud. "I wonder how this one is."_ She thought to herself.

Cracking her can she reached for a block, grabbing the first one she could find after Kyle's cautious searching.

"Let's see now, trade drinks with the person to your left, each player drinks" she read aloud, this block was different, printed like a monopoly card, "clever" she thought. "Oh well" she handed her drink to Alex who's hands were still empty "sorry buddy, them's the breaks" she laughed.

Alex took the beer begrudgingly, it smelled super sweet and he could just taste the hangover. "Well, when in Rome right?" he said, downing the can in one.

"THERE he is!!" yelled Kyle, in a mock voice of a cheerleader, egging his buddy on. Kyle and lex had been best friends since childhood. Kyle had always been the popular one and Alex had always sort of followed in his shadow. Almost like a little brother but somehow he was actually the older of the two. If there was one thing Kyle liked about being top dog it was making sure everyone else was having a great time too, and nobody knew that more than Alex. "I knew you had it in you buddy, you just have to unwind a bit" and so saying he slapped his buddy on the shoulder repeatedly

"Oh well" sighed Lexi, "guess I'll have to upstage you next turn" she shrugged as she cracked anotgher beer without looking at the label.

Kyle was winking at Lexi cockily. He knew she secretly loved it but she would never admit it. "Good luck catching me lightweight, right buddy?" he squeezed Alex's shoulder, "Was Alex hitting the gym more these days? his shoulders were feeling pretty solid. Maybe Kyle should see what kind of Protein Alex had gotten into."
