She would still be herself just...more submissive towards the man so it wasnt bad. Once he 'captured' the girl he would be able to give them more powers and due to the fact that somehow the villains knew of him...

A few villainesses would probably choose to join him just because of the power and protection he would provide for them.

It really did bring down the mood for the heroes.
