Leave the castle

You are a 20 year old lady, recently married off to a well off young noble lord, far from your home. Your husband isn't a baron, but he has a big enough manor and many acres of land to sustain a relatively good lifestyle. Your serfs do all the work, your husband manages the lands he owns, all you had to do up until now was try to produce an heir to him and spend your time in any way you wanted.
