Lauren objects

"I can't do that!" Lauren objected fearfully. "Please Vanessa, just take me home!"

"Come on Lauren, a bet is a bet." Vanessa said. "You agreed this, now you're doing it!"

Lauren's lip quivered. She was actually being held to this. What could she do? She desperately wanted to say no, but how would her sister react and where could she go? But if she said yes and really had to do what her sister wanted... who knew how humiliating that would get?!
