Lauren inspects the crystal ball.

The show was filled with many items of the dark arts, curtains with strange patterns, shelves with statues and various items like Tarot Cards and masks... And Lauren hardly cared for any of it. She knew that junk was meant to be sold and probably was not going to be used. No there was a table in the middle of the room with two chairs by it. In the center of that table sat a shining crystal ball. Of course that’s where this lady would do her work. She Lauren sat in one chair and the Fortune Teller smiles and sits in the other.

“So you seem to be able to know me and people around me. I can buy you know more then any normal woman, but how am I supposed to believe any of this future crap you go on about?” Lauren asks, rather cautions of the lady.

Crystal gives a small laugh. “Oh I am not surprised my child, for not many believe of the power of seeing into the future. I’ll admit my vision may not be as Crystal as my name implies, you will understand the path you’re on if you aren’t careful. Now if you want to see any of your future, I must ask you out at least one of your palms on my clear orb.” She tells Lauren and gestures to her Crystal ball.

Lauren looks at the Crystal ball. She shrugs and just touches the side of it with her hand..... “Is it working yet?” She asks as the ball looked normal.

“Uhh it is a bit overwhelmed. Give it a bit and maybe bit your other hand on the side.” Crystal said, with slight confusion.

Lauren does so. “Ok, but if this continues, maybe we should try turning it off and......” She said and sees an image of herself appear in the sphere’s image. Lauren took a second to stare, hardly believing that it is actually working. “....On....”

“Ah hopefully we get a good look of your future Lauren, so you may understand what awaits you! Please do hold on to the orb the whole time this plays out.” Crystal tells her.

The two watch the ball. Lauren even hears the sounds though her... Mind? Maybe because her hands are connected. It’s likely Crystal does as well because she seems to catch on to everything occurring and what’s being said......
