This post is just to break the radio silence and tell anyone still interested what's up. If you don't care that's ok. The TL;DR is:

I apologize for those that were interested, and left kind comments on my story. But yeah, it was pretty clear already that things had ground to a halt. I'm just making it official.

Truth is that I had some medical issues a few months ago that compounded on each other and severely reduced my ability to work on this story. I cannot quite put into words how frustrating it is to see your body malfunction piece by piece as you watch on, helpless to do anything about it. These issues also made it clear that I need to focus more on paying my bills, and I cannot afford to justify all the time I spent on this story.

Googledocs says I wrote 104K words for this story, counting all paths and planning. Maybe making 12 different paths for various kinks, plus 3 branches for Hannah's personality was a little too ambitious. It's a lesson I will take to heart for future projects. But I wrote a novel's worth of content so far, and while I really enjoyed the work and the attention, I also have to admit it didn't make me any money. And to be clear: I wasn't expecting it to. I half-assedly set up a Ko-Fi in December but nothing came of that, and why should it? I wasn't planning on making any money at the start, and so the story performed exactly according to my expectations. Normally I would continue for the love of the game, but I can't devote more time on the story right now, as much as I enjoy it. I cannot afford to. This is not a pity party for me, just an explanation of what happened and making the hiatus of the story official, for anyone who cares.

So this story will be made available to anyone who wishes to contribute to it. I will also add another page after this with the list of variables and what they are used for, if anyone wants to tinker with the story. I understand it can get a bit confusing. I might also publish my last chapter, but unfortunately it is only half-finished.
