Lanyard → Velvet Choker

...I decide to advance the good doctor's costume a bit and exchange her 'lanyard' for a 'velvet choker,' given that she's already internalized sex as a natural part of her a career it should be fine to make her dress sexier, right?

The doorway slides to the left and out of view, while the bright red frame of the charts is replaced by plain wood and whiteboard. As for the doctor, her hair darkens while her eyes dull, and her barely-visible labcoat seems to be entirely discarded in favor of... something that involves a pair of black ribbons trailing off to either side of her tits.

She's also wearing a collar, with buckle, and it doesn't seem to be made of velvet to me which is kind of confusing. Maybe the Prompt didn't know what I meant, somehow? Or maybe it's just velvet on the inside or something? Anyway, other than this Dr. Penrose is also no longer standing before a countertop. Instead she seems to be seated on a medical bed, which allows me to see that she is indeed wearing pants: a pair of basic white medical slacks.

Alright, so this is progressing well. Whatever the consequences will be, the result is damn sexy and society somehow survived my last experiment so I'm reasonably sure it will be alright as long as I don't do something obviously hazardous so... what should I do now?
