Landlord and a situation

Once you get to the house you see what she is saying there is her landlord on her front porch who is yelling and screaming at her, as she seems to be glancing down at her phone. You see he's a larger older African-American man and he is visibly pissed at her waving the eviction notice in her face.

As you parked the car he glances around at you and stops yelling at her for a moment, she takes this as an opportunity to start yelling at him. As you get out of the car you walk over to the situation and look over to Masha and say, “Bitch shut the fuck up.” Both her and the landlord can tell very quickly that you are serious and not in the mood.

You normally don't take this tone with clients unless you are fucking them but Masha has really gotten on your last nerve recently and you stare at her down as she closes her mouth and you swear you can almost hear a whimper. As you walk over the guy looks up at you and says, “who are you?”

You sigh and say “Unfortunately I'm her manager, or more appropriately babysitter, are you the landlord.”

He nods and says "look I have the right to evict her she hasn't paid rent in months and there's nothing that you can do about it to let me make her stay.”

“You know I can’t say I completely understand sir. But I am sure that I can make this right and we can work this all out how much is this apartment cost,” you say looking at the shitty rundown house.

He looks over at Masha and then back at you and says, “It's 1,200 a month. To be fair this is my grandfather's house and I really don't want much from it and she seems like she was down on her luck she was good for the first few months and then she started screwing me over and not in the fun way if you know what I mean.”

You chuckle and say, “Yeah I know what you mean I get the feeling so how much does she owe you.” Marsha glares daggers at you but you just ignore her.

“She owes me $3,600 but don't even worry about it I don't want her in here anymore anyway so just take her and get out of here and we'll call it even.”

You just sigh and say, “ I'm pretty sure she has no place else to go here how about we work out a different deal I will pay you the $3,600 she owes plus another $15,000 which is enough for the rest of the year plus an extra bonus for pain and suffering that the bitch has caused. On top of that, how would you like to screw her in a fun way.”

You see Marsha goes to say something but you just stare her down and say, “Shut the fuck up bitch and let the boys talk if you want to stay here.”

The guy seems skeptical for a moment before saying "are you serious?”

You nod your head and say, “Here is a personal check for me.Go take it to your bank cash it and then come back to us. Both of us will wait right here for you, and here is my card too so you know that I'm serious and you can find me again later. When you have the money in hand come back here and I promise you she will be ready for you to have your way with.”

As you were saying this you lean on the railing of the porch and pull out your checkbook scribbling down the numbers that are owed and then hand it to him. He looks at you without really knowing what to say as you hand him the check and a business card.

You look at him and say, “Well you better get to it. I don't have all day. The sooner you get back here the sooner you get the fuck her, so let's get a move on it.”

He just starts and scrambles away as he leaves you turn back to Masha.
