Chapter 319 by lew54321 lew54321

How do you answer Grace’s question?

Keep up the honesty

“She knows” “I know” both you and Emma answered, keen to make sure Grace knew the truth.

“Oh good, but I still would have told her even if you hadn’t” Grace replied, happy to know she hadn’t caused any issue between you and also making sure you knew she would put Emma first.

“Wouldn’t have it any other way” you joked back, knowing you and Grace were definitely on the same page when it came to her love for her daughter.

Grace had a few questions you expected after that, similar to the ones you’ve had from Sarah and Rebecca when you told them about Emma. She asked about the other people you were with that Emma had agreed on and you named the other four; Mom, Sarah, Lucy and Rebecca. She had been right about Mom so that wasn’t a surprise but the other’s came as a shock, especially your teacher.

The mention of Sarah’s name put an expression on her face that you knew wasn’t pleasant, most likely now thinking back to the three of you in Emma’s bedroom earlier and how you had been all together before she arrived.

The next question was one you also expected but Grace had been the first to ask, wanting to know a bit more in-depth about how your relationship worked. Whether or not Emma was always involved or if you did anything behind her back. If there was any sort of cruelty from your part when you were with other women. All questions that showed you once again that she had Emma’s best interests at heart.

You told her the technical details and a fw examples from what you had done previously which Emma wasn’t confident enough to share herself yet. When Emma spoke, she usually talked about how it made her feel and more of the emotional side of things, both of you trusting each other and she didn’t think that trust was misplaced given your honesty of the situation.

Grace couldn’t know that the KDK being a shared thing between you added another layer of trust but in your mind it was probably one of the factors that made Emma know you weren’t lying, having some form of proof that showed you who you had been in contact with.

Another question that seemed inevitable was Grace asking Emma if she was bisexual and her blush and lack of answer was enough for Grace to connect the dots. You knew the KDK was helping to make subjects see each other as your women but the fact that Emma had chosen her mother as a subject and talked about what she wanted the two of you to do to her before the KDK registered her told you there were some feelings beforehand that weren’t implanted.

You’d been talking for a while at that point and were making decent progress on the highway, occasionally watching the scenery go by when you had chance between topics. Grace did go quiet at a few points as if she was struggling to get a specific question out but the topic of Emma’s sexuality seemed to be relevant enough for her to finally ask.

“So you said you tell each other everything?” Grace asked, her finger tapping on the steering wheel and making you realise it was most likely a nervous tick of hers that you had finally spotted.

“Pretty much. I’m sure there’s still some stuff we haven’t told each other but not because we’re hiding it. Just because we haven’t had the time alone together or if we just don’t think it’s relevant. This is still pretty new to us as well” you answered, trying to see where Grace was wanting to go with this.

“And you tell her about ‘all’ your partners?” she asked, her eyes flicking to you in the mirror.

“...I do, including you” you replied, figuring out what line of questioning she was leading to.

“And when Emma said before that it was her idea for the number of people you are with…” Grace said, trying to get an answer.

“She…” “I was the one who suggested you” Emma quickly spoke over you, finding some courage to reveal what you were going to say before you could.

The silence that followed in your mind was an indication that Grace was digesting what she had heard once again, having a lot thrown at her all at once. However, when you glanced at Emma, she was bouncing her leg and looked too nervous to let the dead air continue.

“It’s not I want to be intimate alongside everyone that Max is with. You are attractive though, there's no denying that. I don’t mean it like… well maybe I… my point is…” Emma announced, stumbling her way through the conversation before you were **** to be the one to interrupt her, just in case she said anything she would regret.

“I think Emma is having issues coming to terms with what’s right morally and what she’s actually attracted to. I’m sure you might have had or might still be having similar thoughts with what we have done, given that I’m your best friend’s son. And your daughter’s boyfriend. There’s a lot of mixed feeling’s and they aren’t gonna get resolved just because we are letting you know about them. Anyway, that’s how I see it. Sorry, I shouldn’t have cut you off” You interrupted, getting your opinion out there before gesturing to Emma for her to continue if she wish.

She took longer to reply this time but you could tell the time you had taken to say what you thought had given her a quick chance to reflect as well.

“No it’s fine I… I just want to say I’m fine with what you are doing with Max. I wholeheartedly approve even!” Emma added, making sure her mother was very clear on what her opinion was.

Grace still paid attention to the road ahead of you but she appeared happy at the gesture Emma was trying to give, making sure she felt no guilt given that Emma had been the one to set this all up. Granted, Grace would have been one of your first choices if Emma hadn’t chosen her but you still would have respected Emma’s decision if she had said no.

The two of them seemed to be having a heart to heart so you leaned back into your seat and gave as much distance as you could given that you were trapped in a car.

Grace had been the last person to learn fully about the other subjects and now everyone was in the loop on that secret. Mom was still not aware of Emma’s kink and Lucy hadn’t had a proper conversation with her, only getting half the story when Emma had groggily answered the phone one night.

Still, it was another step forward and Grace was most likely the big hurdle for Emma, this conversation being the more difficult one compared to any of the others.

With home and the thought of Mom and Lucy briefly on your mind, you considered what the others would be up to while you were gone and what you had left them to consider.

Do you spice up someone’s weekend?
