Keep the original taxes

They don't have much... but neither do you. If you take more than the original amount you may risk a revolt. All those poor souls have worked hard this year too, this isn't their fault the harvest has failed... You stick to the original amount of taxes and hope it will work out somehow with the royal taxman...
