Kara creates a distraction

Kara couldn't wait any longer, she had to do something now. Looking around the room, she tried to find something she could use to draw attention away from her and the device. She lowered her glassed slightly so she could use her powers to see anything smaller or on the other side of a wall but didn't find anything until she looked up and saw a sprinkler system on the roof. She could use that to distract everyone long enough to grab the extrapolator and find Kate, then they only had to grab their clothes and get back to their Earth and restrategise.

After quickly checking the others to see if they were watching, Kara focused her heat vision on the sprinkler. Not enough to damage it but enough to trigger its sensors and set it off. The people in the room immediately reacted the the water, trying to cover themselves with whatever they could grab and leaving the room. In the chaos, Kara managed to quickly grab the extrapolator and run out of the room.

Silently praising herself for pulling it off, Kara ran through the hallways at super speed back to where she saw their clothes before. She figured that she could get them quickly before finding Kate, getting dressed and breaching out.

As she ran, Kara's heart dropped when she heard alarms blaring and voice shout over the intercom.

"Attention! Intruder Alert! The device has been taken! Initiating lockdown. All personal on the look out for suspicious activity".

Kara had to find Kate fast.

Meanwhile

Kate looked up as alarms started blaring and figured that Kara was the responsible. Breathing a sigh of disappointment, she looked back at Sophie to see her standing up and grabbing a nearby gun.

"Stay here" she said. "I've got to go deal with this."

Kate was very tempted to watch her girlfriend go and fight crime in the nude but that wouldn't work out well for anyone so instead she simply ran up behind her and wrapped her arm around her neck to **** her ****.

"For the record, I am sorry about this" she whispered into Sophie'e ear as she passed out and Kate placed her on the floor.

After checking her pulse, Kate stood back up and ran out the door, still butt nude and hoping that Kara had managed to get their clothed back.
