Chapter 5 by Wikia Wikia

What are today's sessions for?

Juvenile Corrections Program

Paulette let herself in through the front, her purse slung over her shoulder. She decided that today was a good day to wear her denim overalls today. Normally she either wore a sundress, a legless onsie or a pair of short-legged short-tails with the snaps for easy changing, but she had learned not to keep her legs exposed around this particular group.

"Hey there Paulie," said Mrs. Campbell at the counter. "You here for the Problem kids?"

"Yeah. Are Jim and Marie in there?"

"Yes, they just came in right before you did. Do you need anything before you do?"

Paulette paused. She rubbed her thighs together making sure she was still dry.

"No thank you, ma'am."

"Alright then. Holler if you need anything."

She walked into the ABDL daycare center and found it full of people. There were a few adults, some of them staff of the community center meant to take care of everyone's needs. Others were men and women chaperoning the various babies in the room.

Most of the babies were not happy to be there. Some were sitting, others standing. None of them were all that interested in playing with any of the toys or doing anything one would do there.

The only ones who tried to play were Jim and Marie. Like Paulette, they had both been raised in town and have been babies their whole lives. They were her coworkers, there to break the ice with the current batch of daycare kiddies who were having trouble getting into the spirit of things. From the unpleasant looks the other babies were giving them, their attempts at being friendly weren't welcome.

There was a group of three that noticed Paulette walk in; two boys and a girl, all dressed like toddlers, but they had a rather surly attitude. Like chain-smoking punks in the inner-city. Not that they would be allowed to smoke given the scrutiny they were under.

"Hey there Legs," said one of the boys. He was toe-headed with a baseball cap, a green t-shirt and a pair of overalls, both hands in his pockets. "Did'ya miss me?"

"Hey Chris," said Paulette politely. She didn't much care for Chris, though she didn't much care for half of the boys in this room.

As the Infantilist Colony grew in size and population, it started many programs for its citizens. One of the more controversial acts involving the town was actually implemented by the state. The Juvenile Corrections Program was implemented by the state to combat the sudden spike of juvenile delinquency caused by a recent national recession. Simply put, the act allowed certain counties to try their own methods of rehabilitating juveniles. While it was a flawed act, all methods implemented had to be peer reviewed and was subject to constant monitoring in order to prevent ****.

In the case of the Infantilist Colony, they used the tax-money they had gotten from the program to build a sort of temporary foster home. Delinquents would be given an option to be sent to the colony as part of the program and would be given free room and board. The caveat however was that they were to be treated as babies.

It was like a very immersive form of Regression Therapy; they all slept in cribs, they had to wear diapers 24-7, they couldn't feed or dress themselves and they all had to play nice. Good behavior would grant privileges, like drinking from cups instead of bottles, dressing in more age-appropriate clothing, or being allowed to use the potty if they asked nicely. Bad behavior revoked those privileges and earned them a swift spanking.

What do they do?
