Samantha and Leah continued to catch up with intermittent jokes from the bartender that kept the conversation light and fun but eventually Samantha called it quits.

"Well Leah I gotta probably get goin'. Its pretty late." she yawned even though it was mostly the few drinks that had made her sleepy.

"Yeah it is a work night." Leah said eyeing her phone and seeing the time.

"Ready to go?" Samantha asked returning.

"Yeah girl." Leah said as they headed toward the door.

"We need to get together again! We haven't had a proper girls night out in forever." Samantha urged as they headed toward their cars.

"I know, it's been too long." Leah agreed "We really should."

"And I mean one BEFORE the bachelorette party." Samantha gave her a stare of mock seriousness.

"I know I know. Don't worry we will. I promise." Leah declared. Then the two parted ways.

When Leah came inside the house and dropped off her keys and purse Jonathan entered the kitchen after hearing her.

"You stayed out pretty late. How was Samantha?" He asked eyeing her.

"Oh she was good. We just had to do a lot of catching up. She is planning the bachelorette party and needed help." Leah responded.

"Ah yeah that's right she is the maid of honor." he said moving closer and giving her a kiss. "Speaking of the wedding....How about we practice for the wedding night right now." He pulled her in an kissed her deeply.
