Joffrey is now in possession of the ring

King Joffrey was now in the possession of the most powerful artifact in Planetos. But how would it affect his fate? Is he immediately aware of the rings true nature? Or will he gradually realize wha his newly found ring does? Or could it be that the rings nature stay veiled from him? It is Joffrey after all. He might just not realize why EVERYONE is so agreeable all of the sudden. He is not the smartest and he just became king. So perhaps he will believe it is merely his newfound status that makes the "YES"-effect. Or maybe the ring is magically hiding from his consciousness. Who is to say that the ring does not exert its own subtle influence on Joffreys mind?
