Jeff was your typical fan of the Avengers. Nerdy guy who lived in a crappy apartment. Most people took them for granted, but Jeff had a special place in his heart for Black Widow.

When he saw the posting online that someone was selling Black Widow, he was confused at first. Maybe it was a hoax, but he had come into a lot of money recently and was going to roll the dice. Once the bidding had ended he got a confirmation that Natasha was ready. And if any additional services were required. The list made it look like he could also include a full wedding reception as well.
