“Almost done and then just the essay for Oobleck to finish this week.” Jaune yawned and stretched.

“Pyrrha will be happy to see you working hard.” Ren told Jaune with a small smile. “You’ll have more time for your combat training.”

“Well, that’s going to make me sore.” Jaune shivered. “You really know how to raise my spirits.”

Ren snorted and went over to talk to Nora. Another ten minutes later, Pyrrha finally returned, looking tired.

“Pyrrha!” Nora waved. “How did it go?”

“I told my manager I really wanted to focus on my Huntress career and I couldn’t keep doing spokesmanship's.” Pyrrha sighed, crashing on her bed. “This was the last one and they needed a few pictures of this new energy drink. It actually tastes pretty good, but it’s not healthy.”

“So opposite of Ren’s drinks.” Jaune blurted out, causing Ren to roll his eyes and Nora to burst out laughing. Pyrrha also giggled and felt better as she looked at her partner.

“You’re doing homework?” Pyrrha was surprised when she saw what Jaune was working on.

“You always told me I can’t procrastinate.” Jaune reminded her. “Besides, I want to do stuff tomorrow, and more I get done now when I’m free, easier it is.”

“Like what?” Nora asked.

“Little of this, little of that.” Jaune shrugged. “I’ll be jumping around a lot and it might feel like I’m not even here.”

“If you say so, but you are up for training tomorrow night, right?” Pyrrha asked, sitting up.

“Wouldn’t miss it for the world.” Jaune assured her and she smiled back.

“I’m going to go take a quick shower before bed then. One of the guys near us smoked a lot and I still smell it on me.”
