Jake gives Olivia a rub down

Jake glanced around the pool deck, which was surprisingly still rather empty. There were a few patrons scattered about, mostly tanning. One older man was slowly swimming laps, but paying no attention to anything going on around. Jake was a little worried that no matter what he did, someone was going to see, someone was going to tell him that the mildly (or not-so-mildly) taboo thing he was doing was against the rules. But the more he thought about it, the more he tried to see the truth: that no one really cared. Sure there other people at the pool, but what would happen? If they saw him with Abbie, what would they do? Probably nothing. If they saw him with Olivia? Probably nothing.

"You want to sort of just ... sit?" Olivia asked. Jake started to move forward when Olivia added, "you know, the way you did for your friend?"

The first half of Olivia's request was simple and plain, but when she added the reference to having seen Jake, he smiled. Maybe people did notice after all. And furthermore, Olivia wasn't just asking for sunscreen, she was asking for attention.

"Sure," Jake replied with a smirk.

He sat down on the back half of Olivia's chair, alongside her stretched out legs. He could feel her against his hip, his bathing suit as the only barrier between them.

"No, not like that," Olivia said, mildly annoyed. "You were on top of her. Here." She reached behind her and patted the back of her thighs.

"On you?" Jake asked it before he realized that he didn't really need to. The question only made things a little weirder, not more clear.

Olivia put her hands back under her head. "On me."

Jake was relieved that she didn't seem to find it as odd as he did. He looked back at Abbie, who was now sitting up on her deck chair, legs crossed, watching Jake with a serene grin. She lounged, one leg over the other, one foot on the ground and the other dangling in the air, making slow, small circles, not quite drawing attention, but teasing him coyly nevertheless.

Feeling a sense of validation from Abbie, Jake took a breath, stood up, and stretched his leg out over Olivia, straddling her and her chair. He lowered himself, sitting on the back of her thighs (as she had instructed). Immediately, he felt the strength and firmness of Olivia's body underneath him. He had seen her move, knew she was long and lean, but hadn't really considered how athletic she was. Her thighs were not particularly thick, but they were hard as steel. Jake shifted his position a bit, nudging himself forward, inadvertently (but not without enjoying it) rubbing against more of Olivia's body against his own.

"Getting cozy?" Olivia asked. She crossed her ankles and flexed her toes.

Jake could feel Olivia's legs moving a bit underneath her. "Yeah. You okay?

"Mm, definitely," Olivia said with a light giggle.

Jake squeezed a bit of lotion onto his hand and placed the bottle onto the ground. He leaned over Olivia's back and started massaging into her shoulders.

"Oh, that feels nice," Olivia murmured.

Jake glanced over at Abbie. She had adjusted the deck chair so that she could lean back on it. She had her right foot up on the chair, her knee bent, and the other dangling off the side closest to Jake and Olivia, her foot still idly swaying as she half-watched.

"You've got a wonderful touch," Olivia said. "This feels as nice as it looked."

Jake worked his fingers into Olivia's shoulders, massaging the sides of her neck. Olivia reached back to pull her hair out of the way, and Jake saw a small tattoo just beneath her hairline, a delicate script that read fearless.

"Fearless," Jake said as he saw it. It was more a simple reading than a question, but Olivia took it as a prompt.

"Ah, that," she said. "Got it in high school." She let out a small sigh. "From what I saw, I can imagine the same thing tattooed on you."

Jake chuckled. He stretched his back, feeling the sun wash over his face. "Not in high school, that's for sure. Maybe never. I still have too many fears."

"Such as?"

"Needles, for one." Jake ran his thumb over the word on Olivia's neck, then leaned down to get more sunscreen. Armed with another dollop, he returned to rubbing more of the cream into Olivia's skin. He watched as the white lotion gradually disappeared, Olivia's light mocha body absorbing it completely until it vanished.

"You want to unclasp that in the back?"

Jake closed his eyes, taking in the implausibility of the moment. A gorgeous stranger just asked me to undo her bikini top while I sit on her legs, in public view of the hotel pool, all while the woman she thinks is my girlfriend sits five feet away watching. Whatever dream this is, please never wake up.

With both hands, Jake took hold of the small gold latch that connected the back straps of Olivia's bikini top. He undid the hook, and slowly pulled the sides of the bikini away from Olivia, letting them fall. Although Olivia was still flat on her front, Jake couldn't help but admire the sides of her breasts that he could see. He glanced over at Abbie, who was still watching -- and perhaps a bit more eagerly now that Abbie had gotten Olivia's top unhooked. He thought he saw Abbie moving a little on her chair -- is she getting aroused by this? ... or just watching? -- and then laughed a bit to himself before bringing his attention back to Olivia.

Now that Olivia's back was fully unfettered, Jake used both hands, firmly (but tenderly) massaging her from the tops of her shoulders downward. He worked his fingers along Olivia's spine, digging into the defined muscles down the center of her back, feeling the strength of her body. Olivia was slim, but athletically built, her muscle tone taut as she stretched, her skin smooth and unblemished.

"You must work out," Jake said, not even sure why he was initiating small talk. He had been thinking about Olivia's body, and was taken more by its fitness than its sensuality (though Jake was not naive to the latter).

"I swim," Olivia replied. "Try to do about hour most days. I thought I was coming to the pool for that, but I got ... distracted."

Jake snickered. "Oh you did, huh?"

"I did."

Olivia breathed deeply, relaxing her body under Jake's touch. He kept his hands along the surface of Olivia's back, rubbing her confidently and without any hesitation, but restricting his contact to only her back.

Olivia had become aware of the limitations of Jake's reach as well. "Mm, that feels so good." She took a breath, pausing briefly before continuing. "You weren't shy with your friend before. You don't have to be shy with me."
