It starts to transform

As Andy stared in disbelief, the severed penis continued its metamorphosis. The veins on its surface bulged and pulsed, becoming thick and twisted like serpents, writhing and wriggling with a life of their own. The tip of the penis began to elongate, forming a sharp, pointed end, like the tail of some grotesque, demonic creature. The skin of the penis began to darken, taking on a sickly, green hue, and a pair of small, beady eyes opened on the head of the penis, glowing with a malevolent, otherworldly light. It's shaft is about the size of Andy's leg It's testicles have grown to about the size of basketballs and and a long fork tongue begins poke out of what used to be his urethra with teeth lining the inner walls and the body is just coated with slime

Andy's eyes were wide with horror as he watched the creature, his mind reeling with the implications of what he was seeing. He tried to speak, but his voice was caught in his throat, unable to escape. He tried to move, but his body was frozen in place, unable to tear his gaze away from the monstrous creature that had once been a part of him.

The creature began to move, it's body floating across the floor, leaving a trail of slime in its wake. It moved closer to Andy, its beady eyes fixed on him, its forked tongue darting in and out of its mouth.
