It's not the best answer. But it's an honest answer, "It excites me."

"I knew you would say that. It excites me too. So much possibility, so much potential." Morgan has a romantic look on her face. "It also scares the shit out of me. There are too many freaks, weirdos, and rich douchebags that are going to exploit it for their own benefit." Morgan throws her hands up in the air.

"Fair, but think of the good it can do for people. This is a chance for people to grow, and become better versions of themselves." You say. She scoffs, but you laugh in response, you can tell that she loves Advance, because it means one thing. Stronger people, better fights. And to be honest, it's why you like it too. The fight with Lewis was like nothing you had ever experienced, the speed of your movements, the power in your blows. You need more, to crash and bash with fist and leg. "Right there. That look in your eye, you're raring for a fight." Morgan bites her lip, it looks like she's raring for a throw down of her own.

"As if, you treat me like some battle bimbo."

"Hey! That's a great nickname for you, battle bimbo." Morgan screeches as she slaps her knees.

You just stare at her in disbelief. You gave up a lunch with Clara to be called battle bimbo. Nice going Axel. Nice going. Morgan keeps laughing for a little bit but your smile falters. "You really think that's how people will react?" You can't help shake the feeling that Morgan's words are going to ring truer than you'll ever know, and that the academy will be a much different place. Morgan stops laughing and looks at you with a quiet look of determination. "I think stat comparing is going to happen first. Every Joe and Stacy is going to be sooo excited about their new stat page. Dear God I can hear it now, "Oh, my Charisma points are too low!" And you know I'm right."

"You're too cynical Morgan." You have a smile despite your words. Morgan grins and replies, "Oh please, this is me on a good day. Then.. I think people will start to get competitive, there's so much to be gained in this game, and too much to be lost, from there on? Earth will be a much more dangerous place." The academy comes into view. It's quiet, there are no students moving about, on the large screens that usually display news updates and the weather forecast are the words. "All students report to the grand stadium. Love, Headmaster Park."

"Well I guess I know where we're going." Morgan stretches before walking towards the stadium. You follow her, the headmaster has always been an eccentric. Hell he even made a "grand stadium" just to make events feel more special, this announcement ought to be interesting at the very least. As you get closer to the stadium you can hear the chatter of nearly forty thousand students. You can feel the sound in your bones. A teacher greets Morgan and yourself and directs you to a section for second years. It's dark, a spotlight is centered on the stage in the middle of the stadium, thousands of souls all communicate with one another, trading thoughts, wondering, hoping, fearing. A low female voice comes on over the speaker. "The assembly will now commence."

"DEAR STUDENTS WELCOME!" The headmaster physically jumps onto the stage, he's a strong man but not the most agile of sorts. He more or less clambers up and takes center stage. The headmaster is tall in stature, with wide shoulders, a goofy smile and he sports a neat buzz cut. He has a mic in his hand but you swear the dude talks loud enough that he doesn't need it. "We! Must! Adva! Adva! Wait for it! OH YES! ADVANCE! YOU HEARD IT, I HEARD IT, YOU FELT IT, I FELT IT. YOU SEE THE SCREENS, I SEE THE SCREENS STUDENTS! It is time for this Academy to undergo a radical change!" The headmaster's face is growing red, "A new era. The era of Advance Academy!" The headmaster flourishes with the mic. "I received a quest earlier today my young scholars, I was told to create a school in which students can come to learn about this new system, I was told to create an environment in which Advance can be explored! And so I have! Starting today all curriculum will be focused around ADVANCE!" The headmaster screams at the end of his sentence.

"ADVANCE MY DEAR CHILDREN, SOAR TO NEW HEIGHTS!" The headmaster faints on the stage as a crew of teachers usher his **** body off. "That was pretty subdued." Morgan remarks.

"Yeah there must have been a mountain of paper work to get that done." You sit back and close your eyes, and just sink into the blackness of a thousand voices. The low female voice comes on again, "That will be all for today students, though the changes coming to the academy may be strange and confusing, we will do our best to usher you into a new educational period." You see the headmaster slowly regaining consciousness, a crowd of reporters rush him in a flurry of cameras and annoying questions. "Mr. Park! What will this mean for the future of this Academy? What can we expect to see with these new changes?" A lady with deep red hair staves off the onslaught of ravenous reporters. You only manage to hear a snippet of what the headmaster says before you're ushered outside. "My students will do as they will!"

"How much EXP do you think he got for that one?" You ask Morgan, a taunting smile on your lips. She grins a glare back at you. "Why don't you go ask him?"
