It's One Of Your Doppelgangers

"Whaat?!" You cry out in surprise as you nearly stagger back onto the bed.

Your doppelganger calmly raises it's index finger to it's lips telling you to keep silent.

You mentally ask your doppelganger what's going on and what it's even doing materializing in the middle of the night while you sleep. It's only response is a sort of shrug and a motion to follow it before phasing through the door.

You blink a few times, legitimately confused about what's going on. You'd never had one of your doppelgangers materialize on it's own before, then again if it happened during the night it was possible that it had happened previously while you slept.

Regardless, standing around your room isn't about to get you any answers. It seems like you have little choice but to follow your double and see where it leads you.

Reluctantly you give your warm bed a weary glance goodbye before opening your door and following your copy out.
