It's Called Model Skiny

Still in a state of shock, Josie began scanning each one of the old woman's items as they slowly moved down the conveyor belt. "How is all of this happening..." Josie thought as she scanned a can of cat food. "None of this makes any sense." Josie scanned another can of cat food. Just then a chill ran over Josie's body. The feeling was so sudden and intense that she paused for a moment as her body shivered. Josie shook off the chill and continued scanning the woman's numerous items.

"Did you find everything you needed today?" Josie asked the woman who had finished unloading her items and was now standing on the opposite of the register from Josie.

"O my yes." The old woman said with a smile.

"Well I'm glad to hear that." Josie replied with a smile as she reached for the next item to scan. As she passed the box of pasta across the barcode reader Josie noticed something odd about her hand. It looked different. "Huh.." She grabbed another box of pasta and scanned it. Again something seemed different about her hand. "What is going on..." Josie grabbed a jar of tomato sauce. "Is my hand..." Josie paused for a second. "O my god it's thinner..." Josie had to restrain herself from audibly gasping.

A nervous energy descended onto Josie's body. Each time she swiped an item across the bar code reader her hand looked a little thinner. Her chubby forearms and doughy fingers were shedding mass and beginning to look more normal. Josie stole a quick glance down at her belly. "O my god." It barely made an indent underneath her now baggy shirt and vest. Josie gleefully continued scanning the woman's items as her body continued shedding mass.

Josie reached out to grab the woman's final item. Her thin fingers took hold of a bag of kitty litter. The corner of the bag said it only weighed 7 lbs, but it felt like it weighed 10 times that weight as Josie struggled to pull it across the scanner.

"That will be $123.91." An exhausted Josie said to the woman who pulled out her checkbook. As the old woman began writing her check, Josie proceeded to start loading up the woman's cart. Even the lightest bag of groceries felt heavy in Josie's weak hands.

Returning to her position at the register Josie began processing the old woman's check. As she stood their Josie felt her now baggy clothes begin to shrink down to fit her thin frame.

"Have a nice day." Josie said as she handed the nice old lady her receipt. As the woman walked Josie took a moment to look down at her rail thin body. She was definitely as thin as the blonde woman had been, but something else seemed a bit off. "Is everything bigger?... Or higher?..." Josie looked back at the register. "Wait did I get shorter too?..."
