Under the Skin

Some of you might be surprised, knowing this title already. Yes, this is a CHYOA adaptation of my most popular Student Transfer scenario, Under the Skin, that I started way before publishing Hiding in the Shadows here (and you will probably notice some similarities between these two stories in term of themes explored.)

It shares a similar universe with my other Student Transfer scenarios, Curiosity, Prey or Predator, and Lost Soul, which will be converted and uploaded here as well in the future. Can't say a timeframe, because trust me, it takes a very long time to get rid of all the coding and tweak things to fit a purely written format.

For those unaware of them, do note that all my Student Transfer scenarios share a common universe. A specific route of Curiosity is considered the "canon" route in Under the Skin, and vice-versa, but a different route of Curiosity and Under the Skin might be "canon" for Prey or Predator or Lost Soul. They also share some characters from the base game's story, and I did try to introduce them without making things too awkward for those who never played Student Transfer.

The reason for converting and porting my scenarios to CHYOA is simple: writing my VN stories has become really complicated these last few years, and I just didn't want to keep people waiting so long for story updates, and didn't want to drop them, as these scenarios, UtS especially, are dear and near to my heart. I believe that porting my scenarios on CHYOA will help me be productive again until I can finally get back to coding later on, while continuing to write the adventures of Ben, John, and their entourage.

For those who already know the stories, I am tweaking a few things here and there, but the main plots are staying the same. And for those who haven't gotten the chance to read my Student Transfer scenarios, I do hope you will enjoy Under the Skin ^^

This story wouldn't exist without the story "Student Bodies" started by Seuzz and continued by a multitude of talented writers. It was a huge source of inspiration to start Under the Skin. If any of the story's writers see this, thank you for working on Student Bodies.
