In an alternate reality, India was still a diverse, vibrant and spiritual country. It's culture just had another component -- genital nudity. Rather than keeping their genitals covered, throughout history, they kept it uncovered. In fact, this was a major reason they rose against the prude Britishers. In this culture, sex was treated as public and normal. In the densely populated region, privacy for sex was impractical and considered ridiculous.

This has a deep impact on public and social conduct, interpersonal relationships and traditions. People are much more accommodating towards someone who they think needs help. Tourists from other countries are initially shocked and then have the time of their lives. Public service has sex as a major component.
