Interruptions

Lisa began to speak, her body quivering and her voice already cracking. Yet, before the first word could leave the Latina's mouth Madison's furious voice came calling over, "Chloe! I need to talk to you right now,"

The two girls looked over and watched as Madison stormed towards them. Chloe narrowed her brow and as Madison reached her the redhead cut her off before she could say a word, "Listen, if you got a fucking problem with what's going on, then you can get in fucking line. Just know, I didn't take any of your brother's shit, and I certainly won't take any of yours. So, fucking try me Madison," Chloe goaded the cheerleader,

"Relax, Christ," Madison scoffed back, "You want to screw around in a triple relationship that's your call, but what is my call is finding out what happened to my brother. No one is telling me jackshit around here other than you and that blonde bitch got something going on with Zack and Brandon's trying to kill him over it. Now I know Zack, I know him well enough that he wouldn't intentionally do something to hurt Brandon, so that means it's on Ashley. So, tell me, what did she do?"

"Maddie, leave it alone, what good will that do?" Lisa urged her friend who merely tossed a hand up in denial,

"Madison, I'm sick of rehashing this story for everyone who comes gawking by. Zack and Ashley felt something. We fought over him until we decided to just date him together, that's it. You want to be mad that she left Brandon fine, but don't put that on me or Zack," Chloe sharply explained before shaking her head and turning to leave, "And you know what? Brandon isn't exactly broken down over this. He and Heather have been having their fair share of fun, trust me. To me, everything became square after he knocked Zack out,"

"Oh god damn it," Madison grumbled as she watched Chloe leave, "So he's really blaming Zack over Ashley...god, he's a blockhead sometimes,"

"Maddie, just leave them alone, it sucks for Brandon I get it but starting fights and causing drama won't help," Lisa added on before she too headed off.

In the meantime, Chloe had made her way back into the cabin and into her new bedroom. Shutting the door behind her she felt relief once again. It was almost funny now that she only felt calm when she was with Zack or Ashley when just yesterday Ashley made her sick with worry.

She let out a small smile as she looked at the duo sleeping on the bed. Zack was still fast asleep from exhaustion, they had been putting him through his paces after all. And Ashley, so peaceful and relaxed as she slept with her head on his chest. Chloe began to approach, ready to join them in the nap but she stopped, thinking about Victoria. Victoria wanting to have Zack break her ass in and teach her anal...it wasn't something she could have ever imagined the sweet blonde girl to ask, forgetting the fact that Zack was her boyfriend.

Still, Chloe couldn't stop hearing Ashley's voice in her head, reminding her just how helpful she was over this trip. If not for Vicky's support Chloe knew she may have lost the courage to fight for herself when Ashley was pushing her. Having that one extra person in her corner meant everything during those days and now, when she probably used every last ounce of courage she had in her body to ask Ashley for this favor, was it fair to say no?

Zack liked Victoria sure...hell, he was in love with her, but that all changed the first day, the first time he and Chloe decided to start experimenting with each other. Chloe chewed on her lip, as much as she wished she had the fallback of really, truly believing that Zack might leave her and Ashley for Victoria, she knew it wouldn't happen. After everything that had happened between them, and seeing him with Ashley now, she knew Zack wouldn't be going anywhere even if Victoria got involved.

Chloe battled internally for what felt like hours on the subject, but when thirty minutes had come and gone, and Ashley began to wake, Chloe knew she reached her decision. The blonde girl sat up, stretching out her arms with a short yawn, and looked over, finding Chloe sitting back in a recliner, "Chloe, hey, you alright?"

"Sorry, I was just thinking...I was doing a lot of it while you two were sleeping," Chloe softly replied, as to not wake Zack, "I thought about it and...you're right, I owe Vicky and you need to help your friend. I'm in, she can get Zack to help her," Chloe firmly and confidently told Ashley whose eyes sprung open in pleased surprise.
