Inspect the plaque

You cross the room and head lead in to inspect the plague. The message is a you and you feel a cold chill run up your spine as you read it:

"Hey cutie! I've been waiting for you! Why don't you come on it and say hello to me? I do so adore having tea and biscuits with guests~ But I will need something from you first. You will need to pay a little fee in order to come in and see me. What you choose to pay me is up to you: simply place it on the plaque and it will be transported to me via spiders. If I judge your tirbute to be sufficent, then you will be allowed to pass through unmolested. If you fail to pay or I think your tribute is too meagre... well let's just say I have ways of extracted payment from you. Have fun and hope to see you soon~"

You take a moment to ponder the message. Does Prin really know you were coming? Is this just a generic message. And what about this tribute? Surely she can't be expecting you to actually pay?
