Innocent!

{if Interrogated = false}You were found innocent! You have committed many sins in your life, but nothing serious enough to be interrogated for being a witch. You are delighted to hear this! As the inquisitors pack their things up and leave with Sofia in her cage, the rain starts falling. Too late for the crops unfortunately...! This coincidence only further strengthens the suspicion, that Sofia caused this entire draught on the lands, as right after her removal, it has started raining again!{endif}

{If Interrogated = true}As god has clearly sided with you in this matter, none can question your innocence. The inquisitors shall leave your manor soon, their work here is done. All is left is to wait for Robert and his report on the neighbouring estate's lady's disappearance, who accused you in the first place.{endif}

A few days later, Robert returns with what he had found. The woman was the target of Sofia's order... When they learnt of Sofia's arrest, they quickly organised a revolt of the peasants and promised their lady freedom in return for a confession of you being a witch. Afterwards, they have taken her away, most likely to the convent Sofia mentioned... The inquisition will be on it to get all information out of her to locate this secret place. After this has been told you, Robert says he is going to remain by your side until all of this is resolved.

Robert: Lady Lily, I can't let you be on your own in these dark times, this order or crazy witches are ready to strike from the shadows whenever they get the chance... They will not forgive you for what you have accomplished here and so, it is my duty to protect you with everything at my disposal.

Lily: Thank you Robert, much appreciated!

{if Interrogated = true}Robert: And please, forgive my colleagues for the trouble they caused... It is their job to try and find all the witches in the land, they sometimes get carried away...

Lily: Ah, that was nothing...! And it got worked out in the end!{endif}

Robert: Oh, by the way! We have taken all things that Sofia had stolen! We have to take the clerical belongings back to Roma, but the stolen belongings of the noble women are not ours to take. You were the one who managed to catch Sofia, you may decide if you want to keep anything of them or let us sell them and give the money to the poor.

Lily: Really? Can I get to keep them if I want to?

Robert: Yes, up to you. There were not much, only clothes mainly. If you prefer, we can sell those clothes and give you only the money. Your choice.
