Infiltrate the Watchtower

"Welcome back, Zatanna."

The automated system greeted Tim as if she was in fact Zatanna Zatara. As far as its sensors could tell, she was Zee down to the DNA.

The Mistress of Magic waltzed into the tower after having freshly teleported in. Her heels clicked against the futuristic metallic flooring. Her eyes strayed to the window to outer space, reflecting on her life decisions that got in this situation. She'd been to the Watchtower plenty of times, but only as a visitor. Not as a Justice League member. She'd been trained and mentored by the world's greatest heroes so many times, she even began to consider them family. Those thoughts and memories that flooded her mind as she paced down the narrow corridor, watching Earth rotate from orbit from the window, they only made what she was about to do all the more unfathomable.

Brainiac didn't alter her body to be that of Zatanna's merely so she could board the Justice League's space station and go for a stroll down memory lane. His instructions were rather clear. Board the tower, do not arouse suspicion, plant the USB in the server room, and leave. Anything short of accomplishing those simple steps would be the erasure of her very existence. Brainiac's nanobots were flowing through her veins, which was how he changed her into Zatanna in the first place.

She read the labels on each door until she found the one for the server room. She took a step towards it.

"Where ya goin', love?" A man with a British accent called out.

Tim turned around.

John Constantine rubbed out his cigarette. His fist buried in his trench coat pocket.

"Meetin's this way. The capes are waitin' for us. Somethin' about an... alien invasion? Heh, feels like we get one of those once week these days."

She just stood there, unsure how to proceed.
