Incident report:

Daniel was a great godsend for the institute: while we treat and study many accidentally changed individuals and had so at the time he arrived, Daniel is the first (and to date only) one we could study as he changed - and one of the most extensively. There are, of course, myself and others that enhanced our bodies in controlled tests (refer to Testing Protocols 1-6b), but Daniel managed to check himself in with us literal minutes after coming into contact with the mutagens, allowing us to study the changes as they happened and even take comparative blood samples.

Reconstrution of the events leading to this stroke of luck are as follows: Someone in Daniel's direct vicinity got infected, leading to his isotonic water become contaminated. As he went running, which took him past the TIT, where he took the first sip. Feeling the intense sensations set in almost immediately, Daniel elected to enter the building to get help, and our front desk secretary Maria Pérez immediately called me and assured Daniel that we could help. We of course immediately ushered him into one of our labs, where we took blood and saliva samples before stripping Daniel to the waist and hooking him up to a heartrate monitor. As expected, his heartrate was elevated at around 105 beats per minute - after all, Stage 1 (Intense Arousal) had begun well before we had reached the lab. Daniel was tenting his pants, trying to reach for his fly to masturbate, heartrate slowly increasing. I made the call to strap him to the chair to keep him from touching himself, partly to preserve his decency, but - and the ethics committee will have to investigate this decision of mine - partly because I wanted to study the effects of not allowing a changee to relieve his needs.

When it reached 110 BPM, Daniel issued a low moan and the first signs of Stage 2 (Initial Changes) started showing.

As expected, breast tissue was developing on Daniel's chest - considering 87% of changees show breast growth, from A cups to immobilising sizes that go beyond all cup sizes known to man. His breathing deepening, Daniel arched his back with a low moan, nipples puffing up as the mounds forming on his chest expanded with a speed that was easily discernible with the naked eye. Daniel commented on his arousal, interspersed with low moans as he writhed and pulled at the restraints, heartrate still rising towards an average 115 BPM.

While we were still thinking that we were looking at a standard hermophraditization, Daniel's breasts kept swelling, passing an estimated A cup, B cup, soon bordering a C cup, which was when his muscles began to join in. Previously a runner type, lean and toned, Daniel started to gain mass on his entire body, biceps bulging, pecs twitching with obvious effects on his breasts and making them appear even larger, abs becoming steadily more pronounced, as did his thighs and lower legs. The lab techs soon had to loosen the restraints in order to prevent cutting off circulation.

In fact, with his legs gaining girth, within minutes we had to cut Daniel's pants off his body for the same reason, which revealed that his shaft, too, had gained girth, and a rather unsettling red discoloration. This is where I made my second error of judgement: Mistaking this discoloration for penile blood stasis, I elected to help Daniel reach release in order for his shaft to hopefully grow soft and release the accumulated blood back into his body. I was under the impression that we had to act fast, and as we did have no appropriate medicine on storage, I firmly grasped Daniel's far above average member with both hands and began stroking.

Looking back, this may or may not have contributed to the following events and the changes Daniel went through (more testing necessary). All I knew at that moment, though, was that Daniel was reacting positively to the stimulus, his member pulsing as he thrust his hips upwards, writhing on the chair and pulling at his restraints. His heartrate spiked briefly before settling back to 115 BPM, but it was his relieved moans that motivated me to keep going.

By now, Daniel was well into Stage 2, his breasts grown to an estimated DDD cup, impressively round and shapely as with many changees. His muscles were extremely well defined, each muscle group easily discernible through his skin, the lab techs having to adjust the restraints repeatedly until they were as loose as they would be - except that Daniel was now muscular enough that they were still tight around his wrists and ankles.

As I kept stroking him, I assessed Daniel's body and noted that he seemed to have started Stage 3F (Feminization). I could not believe my luck - seeing the changes we had so far only reconstructed via patient's statements live, right before me? It was exhilarating, lending itself to me being willing to acquiesce Daniel's pleas for release, pleas that lost their masculine timbre with every word and became ever more husky. Seeing as his shaft was becoming ever more red and swollen, I deduced that the blood stasis seemed to be progressing - of course, knowing what we know now, it was obvious that stages where overlapping, namely Stages 2 and 4 (Parahuman Transformation), but in the heat of the moment, I was unable to deduce this. And I do admit for the sake of full disclosure that arousal had begun to cloud my own mind as well.

Which is why I undid the front hook of my bra, pulled up my t-shirt partway and straddled Daniel's legs to push his swollen shaft between my breasts until it tented the shirt's fabric that hid my cleavage. I rationalised it at the time as being necessary to release the overpressure in Daniel's shaft before it injured him, but at least part of me simply wanted him between the enormous breasts my self-experimentation had granted me mere days before (Note: Research psychological effects further, re: heightened libido). I ignored the astonished muttering from my two lab techs and began moving my breasts along Daniel's shaft, feeling it throb and swell between them as I kept assessing his body.

His breasts were still growing, enormous orbs rising from his chest and wobbling with every thrust. Daniel was gripping the armrests of the chair with both hands and making them creak, his bulging muscles a testament to his growing strength. His entire body and particularly his face was well into Stage 3 by now, cheekbones very pronounced, lashes long and fluttering as his eyes watered in helpless lust, hair cascading down his head in black locks that framed a face that was more strong than dainty. That impression was only heightened by the proper onset of Stage 4.

His jaw slack due to immense arousal, Daniel's lips where pulled into an lascivious O, but something was pushing against his lower lip from the inside, pulling his mouth in a more triangular shape, eyes half-lidded as he stared at my breasts jiggling around his shaft. It didn't take more than a few seconds for his lower canines to emerge, thickening as they lengthened into tusks. Daniel's lower jaw widened to accomodate their new size, somehow making his face exotic instead of ugly, and the sight of this almost made me miss the fact that Daniel's face was not the only part of his body affected by Stage 4 changes.

His shaft, sandwiched between my breasts, began to swell wider and longer, tapering to a pointed tip that began to stretch my shirt, pulling it ever further upwards. I gaped and stopped moving, dumbfounded by the fact that David was growing larger, already bending the armrests sideways. His hands were twitching and spasming, nails lenthening into short claws, short gasps in a full-bodied voice issuing from his broad, yet beautiful face as he writhed. His heartrate began to rise further, past 120, 130, 150, 180, the heart monitor issuing a warning signal, but from what I could tell, Daniel was not in any pain or discomfort, just intense arousal.

Still, I untangled myself from him and gave the order to administer beta blockers, which is when I noticed the next symptoms of Stage 4: right and left of Daniel's widening hips, small nubs began to grow, lengthening upwards, thickening and gaining ever more pronounced muscles, digits, joints, claws, and a distinct green shine brought about by a covering of reptiloid scales.

In fact, his entire lower body was developing these scales, a fact I had not noticed sat astride on Daniel's legs. Neither had I noticed the developing tail that snaked its way downwards between his thighs, between legs that were no longer entirely humanoid and instead increasingly digitigrade, the three middle toes thickening, elongating, gaining claws of their own, while the outer two receded and shrank into dewclaws.

As my lab techs punctured Daniel's skin with the syringe containing the beta blockers, though, Daniel showed how strong he had really gotten: He lashed out instinctually, and only the second he needed to rip apart the restraint around his left wrist gave Amado enough time to dodge. We elected to keep our distance, then, watching on as Daniel freed himself of the other restraints and grabbed for his shaft - which, I had noticed, was now longer, smooth and red, and tapered to a point, a row of nodules on the underside along the entire length.

But it was to late for him. In a display that was as erotic as it was strange, his body below the hips began to lengthen even as Daniel's hand wrapped around his changed shaft, pulling it out of his grasp as the new legs on his hips grew stronger, larger, more able to support a body shape that reminded me of a centaur, only that it was no horse, but a distinctly saurian creature that formed the non-human part.

I was ready to give the order to evacuate and call security should Daniel begin a rampage, but this turned out not to be necessary. Even though Daniel issued a frustrated, lustful groan, he rose to his hind feet, likely out of habit, only to crash headfirst into the ceiling tiles and topple forwards, forelegs catching him on three-toed feet much like his formerly human ones with a loud thump that shook the room, but Daniel remained where he was. His lower body was still lengthening, still thickening into a barrel shape, but his shaft, too, was growing larger, fatter, drooling precum as Daniel lowered his back hips to rut against the floor, hands grabbing and massaging breasts that looked enormous even on his giant body, moaning and gasping in a thunderous, yet somehow feminine voice.

Even stupefied as I was, I realized that we were risking mutagen exposure - his shaft was aimed directly at us! It would have been fine had his semen been caught in my shirt as I had planned beforehand, but this was another matter entirely. And with the way Daniel was gritting his teeth, the tips of his tusks almost on the same height of his nose, face scrunched up in lust that seemed almost painful, it was most likely a matter of seconds.

I ushered out my two lab techs and slammed the door closed behind me, and just in time, too: right as we dove to the sides, Daniel let loose a howl that I would describe as jubilant, and came with a **** that made the door rattle in its frame, the viewport in the wood coated white in an instance.
