In the kitchen.

The kitchen was a mess. There was flour on the floor, pots and pans everywhere, that sort of thing. Raven was garbed in her leotard and nothing else. The front of which had been covered in flour as well. Somewhere in the mess was a cook book.

Running her hand through her hair, leaving whites streaks. Her ears were pulled back by her hand only to flop forward again. "C'mon, I can do this..." she muttered. "I promised..." ...oh yeah. I vaguely remembered her saying something about breakfast being on her. Seems she was trying to live up to her end of the bargain.

"Um...need any help?" I asked, a bit stunned at the mess she had made. I didn't know I HAD this much flour. Despite her floppy bunny ears, Raven didn't hear my approach, so when I spoke, it shocked her, spilling the contents of her bowl. ...well, at least she didn't break the bowl. "John! I...oh..." She looked around at the mess as though noticing it for the first time.

Her ears drooped. "...I fucked up, didn't I?" Raven said sadly. "I just wanted to make it up to you...I really rode you last night." "Did you get any sleep?" I asked, a bit concerned.

"Some. I don't need a whole night's sleep anymore. I just take periodic naps," Raven explained. "Once I get tired, I just find a good spot and lay down. An hour tops and I'm up again." She sighed. "I'll just...clean this up." I decided to pitch in, despite her pleas to let her do it herself. I needed to clean the kitchen anyway.

"I think we got everything," Raven said, nodding. "Alright, give me another chance. I'll make something a little less complicated..." "No! I mean...it's okay," I insisted. I didn't want to have to clean all that again. "Tell you what, Bunny-Babe..." Her cheeks turned pink. "Don't call me that..." she muttered. "...you go get yourself cleaned up. You've got flour and stuff all over you. I'll worry about breakfast."

Sighing, Raven agreed.
