Ignore The Call
You decide to ignore this call, later you’ll receive reports that the the entirety of the vault had been emptied, the suspects having gotten away and faded into the woodwork.
Their last sighting was near the docks before they fell off the face of the earth.
Thankfully none of the hostages were harmed in the process but you can believe that the mayor won’t be pleased and neither will the public.
