I signed a contract and now a succubi lives with me

Ever since several portals opened up to dimention S01, various creatures migrated to the tech advanced world while various humans moved to dimention S01. The catch was all tech must remain on earth and not brought into S01 because of the fear of contaminaton of S01's enviroment. Another was about creatures from S01 doing buisness. S01 was a free for all when it came to making money, on earth though, The creatures were made to follow rules and regulations set up by the various goverments around the world. 1 such group made to follow the rules were the succubi and incubi, they had fromed contracts to gain life energy.

Justin was on his way home from the office and was really worn out. He hated his job, he hated going out, and he hated spending money that he needed to pay bills. So when a person handing out forms on the street gave him contract about getting a live in succubi for any needs. He decided what the hell and brought it home to fill out. The process was for him to write down what he wanted from the succubus and how long they wanted the contract to last. Then they had to cut their thumb and place 5 drops on it fo 'sign' the contract before burning the paper. He wanted a person who would help him relax after a days work and help with chores around his apartment. In return he would do what ever the succubus asked or give what they needed if he could. He also placed sex down as an after thought.

After writing on the paper he cut his finger and dropped 5 drops of blood and burned the contract. He suddenly felt sleepy and went to bed for the evening. Around 3am a chill wind went through his apartment and he woke up and turned on his bed side lamp. Standing in front of him was a mature looking woman with horns and black hair. "Hello, I am Katrina, your new live in succubus. I will be staying here until you deem my services not needed." Justin stared at the woman whom appeared in his apartment. Justin then spoke up.

"Trust me, your not the first. So Is there anything you need at the moment? coffee, food, bath or....." She smiled and justin shook his head before talking.

"Actually, I could use something to hold onto while I sleep." Before he knew it, the succubi had suddenly changed into A tank top and panties and got into bed with him.
