Ash took a deep breath.
"Here goes nothing." he thought, slipping the cap back onto his head. The world felt just that little bit more right in that moment.
She made sure to straighten the cap out, though. Wearing it the wrong way would be disrepectful to her future employers. If one ignored the fact that Ash was not quite a grunt for team rocket quite yet. Soon, perhaps.
Ash slowly approached his window. Pulling it open, he peered on out.
A slight jump followed. Hopefully not loud enough to wake up Delia.
"Goodbye Ash, Delia." he whispered, staring down to himself. "Hello Anna."
