Hitting your stride - (Married Life)

Ah, so choosing to go closer to present day, your life with Emma is well established, you married a few years ago and are continuing to build your life together. You stayed in your job at Glyph Co. but she left for a new better paying job at Henderson Solicitors, she is working as an office administrator for the team there. She is very accomplished but more stressed, an offset of the increased pay. Her new boss, Matt, is a complete tool. She complains about him all the time, he is lazy and makes her do all his work. Every day she comes with a new story about his being ineffectual or some outrage about him.
You learned to gauge your reaction, just part of being a supportive husband. On this day she comes back with a particular stress about him, complaining that Matt has asked her to fudge some paperwork to avoid a big issue.
