5 years later, and your life has calmed down much more than before. You've grown accustomed to the forest life in that time. Sebastian's little abode deeper in the swamp offers enough protection from the elements to call home, although you needed to spend the first week or so constructing a human-sized addition to the house to accommodate you. The little project proved that you both got along wonderfully, even past just the simple lust of your first meeting.

You both joked, talked about each other's past lives, made idle conversation about this thing or that thing, and just overall lost yourselves in the time. And that's how 5 years passed without you even noticing it. You did let your parents know where you had went and introduced your goblin husband to them, to which they were confused but supportive and happy for you, although they are the only ones to know your true relationship with the goblin "friend" you bring into town every so often.

Relations with the monsters outside the village eased a bit too, with people no longer deathly afraid of leaving sight of the town, and some monsters even getting the courage to come talk to, trade with, or even marry into the townsfolk after seeing a goblin so easily walk in and out multiple times.

As for Sebastian, he's still as smug as ever, although he doesn't rob humans anymore. He even got drunk enough one time to tell you that you were the only human he had ever seen, and the last one he tried to rob. You could guess the reason why. You two still go at it like horny dogs, a permanent side effect of the Alteration Fruit you had eaten. It permanently alters your body depending on what you most desire at the moment, making it extremely dangerous. Just one wrong thought while eating it and your body gets messed up for good. But you were so oblivious, you ate it and just got the libido and semen production of a stallion in heat at the end of the day. Apparently he got it from some changeling fairies in a game once, or something like that.

But overall life has been good, and you don't see yourself ever splitting ways with the bratty little goblin boy you met in the woods so long ago.
