His options

John got things ready for his daughter and her friend to arrive. When Olivia and Jasmine got here, he had to act fast. He just needed to get the garage door closed after they got inside, and make sure his neighbors didn't notice them entering. But also the fact that he didn't know what he was going to do when they got here.

Ashley was still acting like a puppy, which John didn't think much about while he was waiting for them to arrive. It wasn't until she started to whimper, getting John to refocus his attention on her. She seemed to be looking for attention, but John saw that she needed to be normal.

Maybe he would put her back to this later on, he actually liked her acting like a puppy. "Ashley, turn back into yourself. Act... normal."

Ashley seemed to snap out of it just as quickly as she was in the spell, and stood up like nothing happened. "Yes, sir."

"Look, you remember my daughter, yes?" John asked her.

"Olivia? Oh, yes," Ashley nodded and gasped. "Is she still unclaimed? Are we going to go claim her?"

"What? No... no," John had to consider the answer, which he wasn't sure why. He wasn't going to claim his daughter. Maybe. "Look, she is on her way here with her friend Jasmine, I don't know if you two have met-"

"A few times at the office, sir," Ashley confirmed.

"Well, then, just get ready. They will be here soon," John told her.

'You are going to leave them unclaimed?" Ashley asked, almost sounding confused.

"Of course," John said. "I am not going to claim them."

"Why?" Ashley asks.

"Because she is my daughter," John replied.

"But they are women, nothing but objects to claim," Ashley stated.

"Just stop," John told her, not wanting to get into this. "Just act like yourself. I don't want to scare them away with you acting like this. Act like I never claimed you."

Ashley seemed to begin complying, nodding as she looked down. "Yes, sir."

"Get some clothes on," John said, seeing the vehicle pulling up. "Fast!"

John rushed to the garage and watched the car drive inside. Once the vehicle was inside, John closed the garage, watching it slowly close before finally closing and leaving them alone together. But he felt a burning idea in his head.

'Claim them.'

Could he justify claiming his daughter and her friend? What if Jasmine's father discovered what he did? He knows they don't have a good relationship, but claiming her might be a bad idea if he comes looking for her. But at the same time, who knows what he is up to? And there is the fact that anyone could come for them. Unclaimed women are going to become a endangered species: very few of them are going to remain.

Claim them and keep them safe, but always be tempted to take them... or leave them unclaimed and hope for the best.
