His mother!

Since babies weren't allowed shotgun, Jordan sat behind his mother as they pulled up at their new house.

Beginner's Luck was a suburban community built in the 90's shortly after the town was officially made into an infantilist colony. The houses were made in a classic 50's style, with cut lawns and picket fences and so on. Each house was painted in a bright pastel color, making the entire neighborhood look like it came out of an Easter holiday special.

The car made a stop at the driveway 1515 Sapphire Street, the back-bumper of the storage trailer just hitting the edge that met the street.

"Alright honey, we're here," said his mom as she got out of the car.

She opened the car door and unbuckled his seat belt. A part of him wanted to tell her that he was perfectly capable of doing it himself, but they agreed that weekends would be all about Baby-Jordan, and babies didn't unbuckle themselves. Speaking of Baby-Jordan, he had just realized that he really needed to pee. Beneath his shirt and baggy jeans he was dressed in an adult diaper that he was meant to use, but he was still getting used to the fact that he was meant to wear and use them, and that his mom was meant to change him. He was excited by that part, but it was still new to him.

After his mom unbuckled him, he struggled to gan his footing, having spent the entire day riding in the car and the diaper in between his legs keeping his legs at an uncomfortable length apart.

In the house right next door, Jordan saw something peculiar. Playing by the lawn sprinkler were two kids. One looked like a tow-headed boy of three years old, dressed in nothing but a diaper with Baby Elmo on the front. Across from him playing with the boy was a girl, looking about Jordan's age, her blonde hair tied up in pigtails, dressed in what looked like a white training bra and a pink diaper with Princess Jasmine printed on the front.

It was one thing to see the procures and the website advertising the colony, but it was another to see adult babies in person out in public like this.
