You set The Machine to High, she did ask for the full treatment after all. You return to your office to wait with Kelly, who doesn't seem too interested in saying much.

A long 3 hours pass before Stella's treatment finishes and Kelly rushes to see her friend.

You deactivate The device and let Silvi lead Kelly through to The Machine for her treatment. Another 3 hours pass before a new, less angry Kelly steps out of The Machine.
