Looking over at Petunia Dursley... the women. Thinking about it, given now with the Rulebook.

Now for the mental changes; he gave her three "Modes" so to speak.

1st mode is "Normal Bitch" once he states that, she would return to herself, but would be unable to refuse his commands.

2nd mode is "Rabbit Maid" once he states that, she would become Harry's obedient Maid, following his every order and would happily suggest ways to help him. She would also gain all the preregistration skills, from cleaning to serving her Master.

3rd mode is "Rabbit Toy" once he states that, she would become little more than a Rabbit in heat needing to fuck him.

Thinking about it people would be wondering about the changes to the Dursleys.

Old Rule: Any changes done to people would be seen as normal, no matter what he changes about them. Unless Harry Potter wishes for people to notice.

"You don't need to worry about it. Rabbit Maid."

Instantly her body stiffened, her fear and hate was gone replaced by nothing but utter devotion to her Master.

Petunia mulled it over and spoke without any hesitation regardless of the word leaving her mouth. "Master. I think you should turn my husband into a dominatrix that is a submissive slut to you.
