ProStreaker13 answered "Ah, that's great! Though having a good enough excuse can let you get away with it even where simple nudity is illegal, it's way easier when it's more of a legal gray area. And the advantage of that over a place where nudity is totally legal is that it's still 'wrong' and therefore exciting.
