Head home.

You manage the hour-long drive home without any dramas, the journey punctuated at the halfway point by a flirty text from Alex which dings on your phone. You get home just before five and sneak up to your bedroom, managing not to rouse Rebecca from her sleep. You climb into bed and fall asleep instantly, and when you wake up groggily several hours later, it's almost midday, with the bright sun peering through the closed curtains in your bedroom. You head downstairs to find your wife has gone out for the day, leaving you a note on the kitchen bench. The note reads pleasantly enough, and it doesn't seem like you've drawn her ire by coming home late.

Gemma texts you, asking to meet up for a coffee later that afternoon, and taking the opportunity you freshen yourself up and make some lunch, before heading out to town. The two of you meet at a popular cafe downtown. Normally you'd be **** to be seen with her so publicly during the day, but it's just an innocuous coffee, and you can easily make the excuse that you bumped into each other. You take a seat at a table outside, making sure to avoid any overt signs of affection and enjoy the freshly brewed coffee on offer. The two of you chat casually for a few minutes before the topic of the previous night comes up, leading Gemma to make an interesting proposition...

"Soooo... I've got some other girlfriends that would love to meet you," Gemma grins, taking a sip of her latte. "Or... if you're feeling a bit more adventurous... maybe we could... include a guy?"
