His newest rule showed Rob the unapologetic permanence of the rules. This is just how the world was now, how it'd always been.
Instead of being more apprehensive about the rules however, this surprisingly fueled Rob with more excitement.
His aroused mind buzzing with long since burried fantasies he didn't even know he still had.
Without giving it any more thought, Rob takes out the phone and opens the app. He thinks about asking Aileen for advice, but at this point, he doesn't want her to stop him. Even if she probably would't do that anyways. He simply starts typing:

The green light blinks twice and Rob reads in anticipation what the app now shows on the screen:

Rob stares at his phone. What did he just do? He wrote two rules at once! He had no idea just how much of the world he'd just changed.
The fact that the app mentioned different human cultures made him suddenly realize that these rules were, in fact, true for everyone on the planet. There is no way of knowing what effects his rules had on other places in the world, no matter how many details he'll notice on his local beach.
Adrenaline pumping through his veins he jumps up, with no real plan about what to do next.
As he's looking around almost frantically, he immediately notices a lot more naked people at the beach.
He also realizes that the people that actually are wearing clothing, are doing so with much more focus on decorating their own bodies.

His frantic behaviour catches the attention of a few of people nearby.
A man wearing only a flower crown and an open tie die jeans vest comes over to him and asks: „Hey, dude, are you okay? Do you need to get out of the sun?“ Rob laughs awkwardly and declines the offer for help, stumbling backwards. He almost falls, but gets caught by a stunningly beautiful woman who must've just come from a swim. Her glistening skin shows scattered freckles, interrupted only by a number of tattoos.

She yelps in surprise before helping Rob back up. „Are you alright, love? Sorry to drench your shirt, I was just about to dry up.“ Rob sees that she's stark naked besides a large pair of sunglasses and bikini thong made from fake pearls. Once again he just stutteres some senseless words, still overwhelmed by the ramifications of his rules. The woman now seems seriously concerned. She takes his hand and leads him over to a nearby spot of shade. The flower crowned man follows suit and brings over a bottle of water. As he jogs over, Rob can only focus on the man's jarringly exposed dick bouncing happily towards him.
His eyes are quickly distracted by the gorgeous woman leaning towards him now, her breasts swinging enticingly close to his face. She puts a hand on his forehead. It's perfectly cooled from her recent swim in the ocean and it actually does help to calm Rob down a bit. The woman kneels next to him now, with a concerned look on her face. She turns to flower crown man and thanks him for the bottle of water. Her back is covered in a large and elaborate tattoo of roses, vines and an hourglass.
Rob's pants are straining from his hardened dick. He's exctremely uncomfortable in this situation, but can't help his excitement about the carelessness with which these people regard their state of dress. He looks around, a bit more calmly this time.
The beach and the world at large seemed to be largely the same still, at least judging by what Rob could see.
A number of other people have noticed the commotion and are looking over, none of them were fully clothed.

His phone buzzes. He stands up, just as the woman gives him the bottle of water.
„Oh dear, you need to sit down, love. You clearly have gotten a bit too much sun. Here's some water. Are you okay?“ She says and Rob can't help but glance at her exposed tits. Is that a nipple piercing? He shakes his head and looks up at the woman.

„Thank you very much, really, but I'm okay. I think.“ He holds up his phone and continues: „You're very nake... I mean kind. You're very kind, thank you. Sorry, but I really need to get this.“ He smiles awkwardly as he excuses himself, thankful for the escape that the phone provided to get out of that situation.

He basically flees the scene, walking briskly towards the road leading up into town. He can't help but feel out of place now, in his grey shirt and blue shorts.
All around him were beach goers who were either naked, dressed only in decorative garments or covered by protective wear regarding some activity.

While jogging and trying to ignore his uncomfortable hard-on, Rob checked his phone.
