He takes the high road

"Girls... I really like both of you. I wouldn't have asked you that question if it wasn't that way...", he said, and their faces softened a little. In an attempt to sooth them a bit more, Naruto gave both Sakura and Ino a soft kiss on the kiss, something that both accepted without hesitation...

But their rivalry wasn't something so easily subdued as the words of their soon-to-be husband. "Well... it'll be decided in three days anyway!", Ino said as she crossed her arms and looked at Sakura challengingly.

Sakura returned that stare. "Yeah, right you are, Ino-pig... and then you'll see!", she responded.

"Three days? Why?", Naruto asked, befuddled as to what they were talking about.

Ino and Sakura looked at Naruto as if he was from another world. "Didn't the Hokage tell you that? The marriage! The marriage is in three days from now. She said that 'it would give Naruto enough time to look for other lucky girls', or something along that lines. But since you already have me... why would you keep on looking?", Ino asked as she inched so close to Naruto that her upper body leaned into his.

Although Naruto enjoyed it, he also saw Sakura about to react, and that could only end badly if he didn't act. "Ah, that reminds me... IgotsomethingtodoandIgottagonowseeya!", Naruto excused himself as he ran away from the clinging females.

You know, at first it seemed like a really good idea, having his long-time crush and her hot rival/friend as his wives, but the wedding night would be... very interesting to say the least.

After he was sure that he had gotten away, Naruto stopped at a bank to take a deep breaths, trying to calm himself a bit. Still... he wondered about what Tayuya had said. Not only that she too was set on marrying him, but the part about 'living every mans dream'... thinking about it, he wondered what Kiba or any other of his male friends would do if they were given this chance... and he concluded that he really should go and find more than just 3 wives. And he already had a certain person in mind for becoming #4.
