He refutes it, and Bakugo gets up!

"...I cannot lie to you or myself," Iida replied. "Had you been successful in stripping my brother of his ability to be a Hero, to be my Hero, then I would have likely allowed rage to blind me, and come after you myself," he confessed. "In truth, I am angry, but you're not going to stop me from getting everyone here to safety."

"...so, another fake, but one with a decent veneer... Perhaps I'll give you the fate I intended for Ingenium!" Stain declared, charging at them.

"Iida, you and I need to try to get Native!" Izuku shouted as Todoroki **** Stain to abort his attack with fire. "Once we have him, Todoroki, take Kaa-chan, and run!"

"Like hell! I'm going to stop Stain, here and now!" Bakugo snarled as he started to get up, making Stain's eye twitch.

"The fake persists," he hissed, drawing another knife, and throwing it at Bakugo, who simply blew it away.

"Kaa-chan! Don't be stupid! Our priority is to get ourselves and Native to safety!" Izuku snapped at Bakugo, who rounded on him.

"You're not wrong, damn it!" Bakugo admitted, stunning Izuku. "But that's not enough, don't you understand?"

"What are you going on about?" Todoroki demanded.

"Say we do get Native out of here and leave. What then? We just leave this guy to escape and kill someone else? What kind of a Hero does that? Saving people is all well and good, and the most important part of a Hero, I'm not going to deny that," Bakugo grit his teeth, begrudgingly accepting that they wouldn't leave Stain to him, so now, he'd settle for working with them to bring Stain in. "But what good is it, if we leave Villains free to threaten people again? We have the advantage, four on one, five if Native can get up. No one's going to get a better chance than this!"

Izuku froze. Bakugo had a point... If Stain got away, and went on to kill someone else, that would be on their heads. Even if it was against the rules... They had the chance to beat Stain, and the advantage that he didn't want to kill two of them. "You done?" Stain sneered.

"You called me a fake in the making," Bakugo growled, taking a step towards Stain. "By your definition, I am... But guess what? You don't get to define what a Hero is. There are many kinds out there, and your definition isn't the only valid one." He took a stance, preparing his Quirk. "I WILL be a Hero, no matter what! One who stops Villains like you!"

Stain snarled, and charged once more.
