He has Two New Quirks to Look At

Waking up, Izuku went through his morning ritual of brushing his teeth and making sure he didn't end up with bed head. Once he had finished that he meandered back to his desk to sit in his chair. Leaning back, Izuku sunk into his Quirk-Space, the metaphysical representation of his main quirk. As he examined the two quirks he had gained yesterday, Izuku knew that he had a lot of options open to him.

Both quirks had a lot of potential, especially because he had easy access to the former quirk bearers. Getting more Quirk Factor could make sure his version was as good as the original, before making improvements so he had the better quirk.

Deciding to take a look at his newest quirk, Izuku noticed that even though it was from only 40% Quirk Factor there were no glaring weaknesses, it just seemed to be under powered compared to the full version. Thankfully, Hatsume's attitude of ignoring everything as long as it didn't mess with her baby making would be beneficial to him.

Checking on the other quirk he acquired yesterday, Izuku couldn't help but give a devious laugh. It seemed what he got from drinking 30% of his Aunt Mitsuki's Quirk Factor was a quirk that let him make glycerin from his hands instead of his whole body like her quirk did. Even though the amount was smaller than her, the concentration from just his hands would be enough, especially because he planned to drink from her and use Hypnosis on her as often as possible. His Aunt Mitsuki had given him the perfect quirk to make lube.

Unfortunately for him, his Aunt Mitsuki's quirk didn't seem to have any beneficial mutations that came with the quirk unlike his mom's and Hatsume's. His mom had a quirk that slightly reduced the effect of headaches, because the mental effects of a telekinesis quirk would affect her there, she had a natural resistance to them. Hatsume's quirk was all in her eyes, so what her quirk did was give her a resistance that reduced the strain on her eyes from everything, it was minor, but it was better than nothing.

He had already gathered the maximum amount of headache resistance from his Macro Telekinesis, the quirk didn't have a lot to do with the mind so the resistance he could gather could only be so much. The mental resistance was what actually allowed him to use Hypnosis so heavily right after he gained the quirk.

What he did want to do was use a lot of Hatsume's Quirk Factor to upgrade the resistance to strain on his eyes, because eye based quirks are very common. Thankfully Hypnosis had such a small effect on his eyes that it wasn't even noticeable, because it was only required as a way to connect to a target.

Putting another 500% of his extra Quirk Factor into Hypnosis and having it focus how resistant the target was a great idea. From the original 20% Quirk Facto, Izuku had added an additional 1,300% Quirk Factor, making the limit on how he could affect people near the limit. While he still couldn't make an innocent civilian straight up kill someone or have a villain become a peace loving hero, he could easily make someone do something that they didn’t previously want to as long as it isn't too heinous in their option.

Thrilled, Izuku couldn't wait for the opportunity to use the upgraded version of his Hypnosis quirk on someone.
