He feels like he should roll with this, and see what being a Zora is like.

Well, Link thought, while being a woman wasn't what he was expecting, he had wanted to breathe underwater. Plus, the Zora had always fascinated him, and this was a chance to actually be one, at least for a little bit. He said goodbye and thank you to the Mask Salesman before leaving Kakariko Village, traveling by horseback to Lake Hylia. The ride was exceptionally weird, with Link's new body not being accustomed to traveling on horseback he felt very sore, and yet something about the experience gave him a rush of excitement that made him blush.

Once at the Lake, Link decided to go for a swim. The second he jumped in, he felt as though everything was right with the world. He could breathe under here, even easier than breathing on land, and he had complete control of his mobility. Being underwater, surrounded by that cold, soft embrace of the lake, made him feel at peace, and calmer than he had felt in weeks. After exploring the lake a little and savoring how nice this all felt, he poked his head out to look around, then swam back to the beach. He found a young fisherman on the shore, giving Link's body a once-over. The fact that this guy was checking him out made Link very uncomfortable, but it also brought a blush to his cheeks. Especially considering he was naked, like most Zora were.
