He does, and Momo knocks some sense into him.

"It's just..." Izuku started to say, trailing off, before he sighed, trying to put his thoughts into words. "Something that that Shigaraki guy said bothers me. He said power corrupts... And we all know that's true... So many people who gained power started abusing it at some point or another. Cops, politicians, even a good number of pro Heroes..."

"What's your point, Nyah, Master?" Ochaco mewled, nudging her head into his abdomen. Momo narrowed her eyes a bit.

"I have so much power. Both with One For All, and with Momo's Sex Genie powers... I can't help but wonder... Will it ever corrupt me?" Izuku asked contemplatively, starting to doubt himself. Bonk! He suddenly yelped as Momo proceeded to give him a light knock upside the head. "What was that for!?" he protested, looking at her like a kicked puppy.

Momo huffed, crossing her arms under her bust. "For being a dummy!" she told him. "Did you forget the wishes you made the very day we met? Your second one, to be exact. You wished to never become the type of person that would **** my powers, and you remember what I had to do? Absolutely nothing!"

Izuku was stunned. He had indeed forgotten all about that, given just how much had happened since then. Even with the wish though, he still had doubts. "Still... Will that always be true?"

"Master, if there was literally any series of possible events that could lead to you becoming like that, the wish would have had something to act on. But it didn't. Nothing short of completely brainwashing you could pull it off... Actually, I could probably give you immunity to such things... But that's beside the point at the moment!"

She then stood, and put her hands on her hips, leaning in close to put her face inches from his. "Besides. Shigaraki was completely wrong when he said what he did. Power isn't what corrupts people. It reveals."

"...what do you mean?" Izuku blinked. Ochaco also looked curious as to what Momo's point was, raising her head curiosly.

"Power in of itself doesn't have any kind of corruptive influence... Well, some powers can, but those are exceptions, not the rule. Point is, most people who are corrupt in their hearts, they hide it under a veneer of decency. Because they know there are consequences to acting on their selfish impulses, they refrain. Give them power? The power to avoid consequences for their actions? Suddenly, there's no longer a need to hide their true selves, as said selves are now enabled by the power they have. It wasn't power that corrupted them. That corruption was already there, just waiting for a chance, an outlet to rear its ugly head. That's what I mean. Even in cases where it seems gradual is just when the person with power is testing the waters, the limits of what they can get get away with. You want to see the measure of a person? Give them power, and see what they do with it."

Izuku stared at her as he contemplated her words. "...so... There's no danger of me losing it?"

"None whatsoever, Master," Momo smiled softly. "So stop being stupid and doubting your own integrity, would you? You're a genuinely good person." She then embraced him, and said, "And I couldn't have possibly gotten luckier with who my Master was."

Izuku was silent as he hugged her back. Ochaco straightened up, ignoring her preference to be on all fours in Neko form to join the hug. "... honestly... I think I'm the one who's lucky..." he chuckled softly.

"...why don't we just split the difference, and say we're all lucky, Nyah?" Ochaco purred.

"...works for me," Momo chuckled.
