He decides to help her the best he can, much to her great reluctance.

Looking over the naked trembling body of her teammate on the floor of his own dormroom, Junpei couldn't help but to do something to help her, for he knew that teammates are there to help each other when it was needed, and this was one of those times.

"Well, i guess i could give her something to wear", said Junpei for himself, upon which, he began to look around his dormroom for some article of clothing for her to wear.

This however, proved to be more troublesome for Junpei that he imagined it would be, for it turned out that, other that the pyjamas he was wearing, there were no clean clothes in his room, for yesterday had been laundry day, and due to the fire, he had no way to getting them back today.

At the end, the only thing he managed to find for Yukari, was an old plain white shirt a couple of sizes big to her, it wasn't the best to be honest, but it was large enough to cover her nude body, and that was good enough.

"Ehmm, Yukari ?", said Junpei to her as he slowly approached her.

"W-what ?!", said Yukari with her eyes with tears.

"Do you need some help ?", asked Junpei.

"What do you want ?!, isn't good enough for you to glue your eyes to my nude body like the pervert you are ?!!", exclamed Yukari annoyed as she tried her best to cover herself from his eyes. For she was in no way willing to accept this pervert's "help".
