To be honest, John was a lot more interested in studying his new alchemy book and exploring what he could do with his elemental essences than having an hour of French. On top of that, his French class only had 18 students and only 3 girls there would be wearing panties (unless some went commando on their own). John rarely if ever skipped class, and if he said he was studying for another class, he should get out without much trouble. Even a bad grade wouldn't make him fail the class.

On his way to library, he passed in front of June's classroom, which was presently full of a bunch of lucky second year students, ready to ogle at her perfect tits (barely contained by a lime green summer dress) while pretending to paint a vase or something like that. John stopped for a while, thinking about a frequent fantasy of his where his teacher would tell the class that they would study the human figure and strip down to act as a model. All of this didn't do anything to put his mind off the fact that today he would probably have to go back to using his hand to relieve himself.

The library was a quiet place. John sometimes stayed here after class, when he had important work to do and knew that in his room he would spend all his time gaming.

He went directly to the small booth that held the few copiers and the computer students could use to print from.

John wanted to test how his ability to absorb skills from books worked, so he set the printer to 4 per page and recto verso. That way the old Tome would fit on 50 sheets of paper that the copier would bind with staples.

After an agonizingly long time, he could finally recover the booklet and upon contact was presented with a pop-up.

John smiled, he was pretty sure he would need to have some special tools to do it, but at least knowing the use of what he gathered would be useful, especially if he wanted to sell it.

He touched the cover of a few books on the shelves while walking towards a corner of the place that was a blind spot. Not all of them reacted, and none offered him any skills, only an offer to absorb knowledge. It wasn't worth destroying the books for that. The booklet had vanished when he learned this new skill.

Once sure no-one would see him, he used the blue gemstone he recovered from his inventory to teleport to his little kingdom.

The place was stiff desperately empty as before, but he would soon remedy that.

He got his two essences out of his inventory, hoping that any use that would destroy them would at least give him a choice.

Out of curiosity, he started fumbling with the interface above his inventory and character sheet, and he finally found a menu describing the place he was in.

So he could differentiate between natural places, barriers he made and those who were made by others (probably without their name if he didn't knew who made it), now he wouldn't fall for the mistake he made last time.

The two crystals flew from his hand and began floating above the Hearthstone on its little pillar in small circles.

Suddenly, John noticed that the light from outside disappeared. He ran out to check it, and the endless blue sky with a bright, yellow sun had been replaced by a black sky with a pale, grey moon.

He walked back inside and tried taking back the crystal, and as soon as he got it in hand, the day came back to his realm. After putting it back in place, he looked at the menu and could now see that the day/night cycle was 8 hours here; it at least meant that it wouldn't be dark all night long when he would use it.

The menu now had Darkness and Lightning listed as modifiers for the place. He soon understood why. Circling his small castle (he had seen better looking garden sheds), he noticed them.

Not very far there was a circle of raised stones that glowed in the dark. The Grey stone was covered in glowing runes and sparks or arcs of electricity were happening on or between them.

This place is imbued with the power of lightning and can be used to attune yourself with it through meditation. Warning: do not approach while wearing metal.

John unequiped everything he had on. No need to be shy here, with no one to see him. It was buck naked that he walked between the stones, his body tickled by a few sparks and static shocks. Sitting cross legged in the center of the circle, he closed his eyes and emptied his mind.

Once the minute necessary for Meditation to kick in had passed, he started to focus his mind on both his Magic Projectile and Power Strike skills. Time was flowing faster in his kingdom than outside by about 20%. Of course he would have to interrupt his skill to check the time, and the fact he had lunch after that made worrying a useless thing.

Of course, having removed his special boxers, his dick was now free to grow up and stay up, with his lust a constant distraction to his peaceful thinking. For a fantasy kingdom he was supposed to be the king of, the place seriously lacked of buxom girls to suck his dick in situations like that. Buying someone on the Abyss Auction site seemed horrible, but for a moment, John found himself thinking that he would probably treat her better than most of those that would buy her. Then he realized that in addition to costing a lot of money this strategy would make the kidnappers rich and push them to abduct more people.

John opened his eyes and two pop-ups were waiting for him. He could now use the two spells by inflicting electric damage instead of magic damage. It would probably be useful against monsters with a weakness towards it. The attacks dealt with electrical damage had a 10% chance of stunning the target for 5 seconds or a 100% chance but without doing any damage.

He had only used half an hour to get this, and while he was there, he decided to try something. He went outside of the stone circle and dressed again.

Invocation

He could use it here safely and try to get it to give him something useful the next time. But his secret hope was that the creature would be able to do something that would stay here once it vanished.

"Ok so not only is it useless, the fucking pop-up is making fun of me. Let's test this thing," he pestered while approaching the small creature.

He locked the collar he just acquired around its neck and looked at his watch. After the 20 minutes ended the lamb disappeared, letting the collar fall to the ground.

"Fuck, I guess I can't use it that way because the spell says the creature will disappear. I'll have to try it with a real monster in a barrier. This place really needs some creatures and things to do. On top of that, I only need one more essence to validate today's quest and get other Kingdom elements. Time to go back to school I guess; I am hungry, and those panties won't steal themselves," he concluded.
