Before John could vocalize his disbelief, Ananya seemingly turning back to normal continued.

"Oh, that reminds me, Shanaya will be joining the Academy this session as well. Take care of her for me, will ya?"

John was still bothered by Ananya's earlier statement, but decide to follow her lead and pretended like the conversation was still going on as before.

"Sure, as long as she's not a bitch like her cousin."

"Hey, your probably the only one she's bitchy to, she's actually quite sweet once you get to know her."

"Sure, I am the only one special."

"Maybe not the only one, hehe."

"Ishaan?"

"Shh!"

John gestured zipping his lips and then both started laughing.

"So Anu, how have you been these few years, and don't give me the fluff you pump out in front of the media. I want the meat."

"And here I thought, I would be the one getting the "meat"."

"Did you really had to do the air quotes?"

"Hehe, yup, had too. Anyways, as you know I quit acting after, you know what, happened. The next year was really bad. I even went abroad just so that no one could possibly recognize me. There I meat an angel. Shanaya has been a really good friend since then. So no funny business and please take care of her. For me?"

"Don't be like that Anu, fine, promise, I'll take care of her, no funny business."

"O that's a good boy."

"Nope, say that once more and you get spanked."

Not bothering to answer his question, she leaned in and kissed him on the lips.

John turned red. He had never expected that life would take such a sudden turn. They had always been flirty on the set of Gully Gully, but nothing really came of it. He knew that Ananya liked him, but being the ass kid he was, he always kept a slight distance. Never mind his antics with the female guest stars. It was only years after everything went south that he realized that, he should not have pushed her away.

Thankfully it still wasn't too late. Maybe this time he could be the man she needed him to be. Sure something was wrong at this Academy. The way Ananya flipped from a shy and sweet girl into a sexy hot seductress and back, was sus. But it was time to have fun first, and ask questions later.
