Harley drinks it

Lois rushed at Harley as the villain was about to pour the liquid into the water. She grabbed for the vial and Harley fell back, pulling Lois with her. The two of them tussled on the concrete floor.

"Get offa me, Red!"

"No!"

Lois managed to prize Harley's fingers from the vial, but she paused as she wondered what to do with it now, without it ending up in the reservoir. Seeing Harley underneath her, Lois tipped it up over the villain's mouth.

"Hey... Glub glub glurble!" Harley exclaimed, the liquid pouring down her throat.

The vial empty, Lois threw it over the edge towards the ground, and got up off Harley.

"What did you go and do that for?!" Harley exclaimed, standing up and wiping her mouth, "You did... You..." she stopped, and her body suddenly convulsed as if she had itches all over her. "No... I can't... Gotta..."

Harley ripped her top off, throwing it aside, followed immediately by yanking off her shorts, then desperately fumbled behind her to unclasp her bra. She pulled it off her, then her panties, and did not relax until she stood naked, pale tattooed body exposed.

"Aw, jeez." she sighed, realising what had happened. "You realise I've gotta make you pay for this, right..."

"This is the police!" a loudspeaker suddenly bellowed, as helicopters appeared overhead, "Get on your knees with your hands over your head, both of you!"

"Both of us?" Lois wondered aloud.

"Of course, Red." Harley winked, noticing two news copters joining the police, "Public nudity is a crime, too."
